Author Le Dinh Dang, born in 1983, graduated with a formal degree in “Machine Manufacturing from the University of Industry” in 2006. He then enrolled in a Master’s program in Industrial Systems and Engineering, earning his degree in 2008. By 2015, he had completed his PhD program in Germany, specializing in Industrial Systems Engineering. The author is proficient in two foreign languages: German and English.
